As a family of four with two young children, our stay at High Rigg was truly delightful. the hosts, Kim and Mike, went above and beyond to ensure that our family-friendly needs were met. One of the highlights for us was the breakfast spread - there was something for everyone, even our picky eaters. the fresh fruit salad with raspberries from the garden was a hit with the kids, and the beautiful garden setting made the meal even more enjoyable. The entertainment options for families at High Rigg were impressive. Our kids loved spending time in the spacious lounge, where Kim and Mike had thoughtfully set up a table and chairs for us to play games together. the peaceful garden with its rural views provided a lovely backdrop for some outdoor fun. Overall, our stay at High Rigg was a wonderful experience. the hosts' warm hospitality, family-friendly amenities, and beautiful surroundings made our time there truly memorable. We would highly recommend this hidden gem to any families looking for a peaceful and welcoming retreat.
